I'm actually so proud I managed to Do A Computer Thing without cribbing my friends that now ya'll have to hear about it. And LOOK at it. It's so pretty! I can say that b/c I didn't make it, just figured out how to put it on.

Ooooh. Jealousy, I has it. Gawd, I love libraries. When I got a surprise trip to NYC for my 40th birthday (GRITS is an old lady) I made Hubby take me to the main branch of the NYC Library just so I could see (and get my pic taken w/ a lion.)

Oh I love the lions! There's just such cool aesthetic to libraries! Like the one in the center of the British Museum? Or the Michelangelo-designed Medici Library in Florence? That one's just uncannily gorgeous.

Augh, I know! I spent like 45 min trying to delete the ad bar or fix that, but all the code I tried just produced EPIC FAIL and broke the whole damn layout. Luckily the comment box isn't an issue on long posts, and since this journal is usually for ludicrously long fic the box will just sit decorously at the bottom or the post.

It looks, from what I remember, a lot like the library in the center of the British Museum in London to me? Am I crazy, or is it?

I do agree about the comment box being placed somewhat oddly. However, I think this is the fault of the layout itself, since the long side box is what's pushing down the comments area. But you probably won't even notice with longer entries. XP

Thx! Yeah, I think so too. Also layout, what do you do w/ my tags, hmm? Why don't you stack them and make a page summary too? Are you just too cool for that?
